Five things worth the money as a marketing girlie. Airtable, I use this for content and asset management. SocialPilot, I use this for content distribution on all social media platforms. This is kind of like Hootsuite or Buffer, but I prefer SocialPilot, because it doesn't f*** with the TikTok algorithm.

GoHighLevel for a CRM. Highly customizable, very easy to train, and it's HIPAA compliant. Windsor.ai, this is an MCP connector if you want to connect any of your social media platforms, your ads management, Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn into the platform of your choice.

And last but not least, video editor training by a company called 1P Creative. I'm not sponsored, but definitely look them up. This has transformed a lot of the videos that we've edited from 500 to 1000 views to over 400,000 views.
